Calling all Ludo game lords, here comes your most popular and most loved Ludo game in its traditional version. How many times have you all wondered if we had a Ludo game on the wooden board? When we were youngsters, we used to play on this board. The scent of the wood, the color drawing, the die (dice), and mementos will transport us back to our youth.
When I built the game for you all to remember those early memories, I had this particular experience in mind. So, prepare to journey back in time and control the Ludo kingdom.
ABOUT
Ludo is a strategic board game for two to four players that is popular in India, Nepal, Algeria, and many other Asian, Latin American, and European nations. Parchisi, Parcheesi, and Laadhuu are other names for it. The purpose is straightforward: each player must race their four tokens from start to finish (home) based on the results of a single die or dice roll.
DESIGN
You have both traditional wood and neo-Ludo boards (paper & white). The wood board, die, and tokens are classic designs. It provides a more immersive visual experience as well as nostalgic sentiments. The sketch strokes and crystal clear tokens will remind us of a vintage ludo board.
The board is square in design, with three columns of squares, and may accommodate up to four players (2, 3 & 4 players in combination with Computer). Each participant will select one hue from the palette of brilliant yellow, green, red, and blue. You may also designate all players as Computers and silently monitor each one; it's a lot of fun.:)
ROLLING DIE
I created a whole new physics engine for die-rolling mechanisms that would imitate real-time die or dice rolling. The mechanics of die-rolling were extremely difficult to accomplish, and I am delighted to have been the first to do it. This will make it appear to be a 3D Ludo game.
SETTINGS
It features a large number of game settings. You may play a match in hundreds of different ways to suit your own country's rules. Some examples are as follows:
Squares with a Star (safer)
Squares with Barricades (Squares that will stop opponents to pass by)
Squares for the Home (Entering without returning opponent tokens)
No Magic (Die result that makes a staged token enter its starting square)
Token Movement and Die Rolling Rate
OFFLINE
There are options to play with one or many computers, players, or a combination of the two. To raise the degree of difficulty, you may also select the intelligence of the computer (Trained, Expert, and Strategic). Bluetooth Game Play is also available, allowing you to link your device with your opponent's device and begin an offline play with them.
ONLINE
Play with your friends, relatives, or a random player from across the world by logging into Google Play Games, Google Plus, or Facebook, or by remaining anonymous. You may invite your friends or participate in a match organized by your Facebook and Google Plus buddies. You may view your total victories as well as your position on the Global Leaderboards. In the kingdom of Ludo, there are various achievements to obtain.
While playing the match, you may also emote your tokens and communicate with your opponents.
AI IN GAMES
The AI underlying the game is designed with the understanding that the outcome of dice is always random and unexpected, regardless of whether it is thrown by a person or a computer. The computer's intelligence is limited to deciding which tokens to select and whether or not to return the opponent's tokens from its squares. It has no influence over the outcome/result of the die or dice.
OTHERS
Player names and colors can be chosen by hand.
Last Played Match - You can exit the game and resume playing from where you left off the last time.
Game Instructions & Help - This allows you to quickly follow the match.
Multi-color dies - It's easy to see who's turn it is.
Before returning your opponent's tokens to your square, make a decision.
Real-time die functionality - You may toss a die or dice in real-time. The results may be transmitted back into the game.
